IT User Support Technician - Senior (Tech Services/PC#250729)
Position Summary: Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and services networked computer workstations and related equipment and software used in administrative and specialized environments. Participates in installations and configuration, and assists with maintenance of server hardware and software for one or more local networks governing data communications among personal computers. Provides technical support and help functions that relate to computer hardware and software,
data communications, and connectivity.

Salary: $30.41 - $40.18 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary is based on experience.
Location: Technology Services
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).
Experience and Education: The position typically requires an Associate’s degree in computer science or related technical field and 3 years experience in the setup of networked computer workstations and advanced computer technical support. Industry certifications may substitute for some experience.
Licenses and Certifications: Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to transport equipment to and from work sites.
