- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze channel metrics to identify areas for improvement and devise strategies for enhancement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform content decisions and optimize video elements for maximum impact.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of the latest YouTube trends and best practices, infusing innovation into our content strategy.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in YouTube channel management and content strategy.
- Demonstrated success in growing YouTube channels, enhancing viewership, and driving engagement.
- Proficiency in YouTube analytics and a knack for translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and video optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in line with our content calendar.

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
