Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership.
Purpose:
Provide oversight of shelter operations and staff supervision to ensure the safety and welfare of youth served at shelter.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support, train, and supervise direct care to Residential Assistants
- Coordinate staffing schedules and required personnel documentation for licensure
- Assist with 24/7 shelter programming and daily activities of youth served
- Participate in Treatment Team meetings to support appropriate and effective service provision
- Work with Program Coordinator to ensure compliance to licensing and accreditation requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent work history
- Work experience with adolescents preferred
- Residential experience is a plus
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Clean background check, valid Driver's License with clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule: Occasional evening/weekend hours are required, including On-Call responsibilities

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage range of $18 - $19.
