JOB TITLE: Youth Lead Program Coordinator
Sofive Soccer Centers is a rapidly growing and developing indoor soccer centers - modern sport complexes dedicated to soccer.
Description: To support the Academy Director with all key aims and objectives of the program. To deliver the City Football programs at Manchester City Soccer Academy at City- Sofive and Lil 'Kickers Youth Programs. Working with instruction from the General Manger to meet targets and maintain a high level of customer service and ensuring the administrative, day-to-day side of our program runs smoothly and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To support the Academy director and coaches pre, during and post the delivery
- Work closely with senior management to build and deliver a sales strategy for Manchester City Soccer Academy and Lil 'Kickers Youth Program.
- Work with the Academy Director and General Manager to maintain the administrative side of our programs including but not exhaustive: member & team management, induction webinars, managing stock levels of kit, payments and updating registers.
- Maintain a positive attitude, take initiative, and work as a cohesive team with all City-Sofive staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie
- Maintain the distinct City-Sofive and Lil 'Kickers aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture
- The position entails working a flexible shift pattern, a regular presence required to oversee weeknights and weekends programs / events.
- Such other duties as may be necessary from time to time, compatible with the nature of the position. It should be noted that this list is not exhaustive and serves simply to give an overall view and key responsibilities of the position
Qualifications: the level of educational, professional and/or occupational training required
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the game of soccer and the soccer industry, and have a personal commitment to health & wellness
- Must be assertive, enthusiastic, energetic, and punctual
- Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communications skills required: need to build a good rapport with customers, team captains
- Ability to prevent and resolve conflict, to deliver a high level of customer service and multitask
- Spanish language skills valued
