At Cincinnati Urban Promise, we're looking for a full-time Youth Program Director who's passionate about making a difference in kids' lives. Based in Cincinnati, OH, this full-time education role pays between $35,000 and $50,000/year and comes with fantastic benefits, including:

ABOUT THIS YOUTH PROGRAM DIRECTOR ROLE
You'll be working Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 6 PM. We also have field trips, community outreach activities, and visits to local schools, so it's not just an office job! Plus, there's one annual trip for a professional development conference.
As a Youth Program Director, you'll spend your day making sure our youth programs run smoothly. You'll manage staff schedules, coach and support your team, and make sure everyone is following the curriculum. During program hours, you'll be on-site, ensuring the kids are learning, safe, and having a great time. You'll also work on developing fun and educational activities that boost the kids' confidence and creativity. Along with running programs, you'll build relationships with local schools and the community to make sure our programs meet their needs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A YOUTH PROGRAM DIRECTOR
- At least 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (youth development preferred)
- Supervisory experience and strong decision-making skills
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, Child Abuse Prevention, and Common Childhood Illnesses (or be willing to complete these)
- Excellent communication skills
- A love for working with children
- Commitment to the principles of the Christian Community Development Association (CCDA)
