About the Job
Position Overview
Do you know how to drive revenue and conversions for an e-commerce brand that sells products on Amazon?
Are you excellent at understanding consumers and inspiring them to buy?
Do you have 5 years of marketing experience in the consumer products sector (ideally with expertise in the children’s products industry)?
Then the team at Young Viper Gear LLC needs you!
Jennifer Young of Young Viper Gear LLC is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to help her improve conversions on the company’s impressive library of 900 Amazon products listings.
Young Viper Gear LLC strives to enhance everyday living with high-quality, affordable products that bring convenience, innovation, and style to their customers’ lives. Jennifer and her team also work to elevate global commerce by creating valuable products, sharing transformative knowledge, and developing cutting-edge tools that empower sellers and brands to succeed, all while maintaining a leading standard of excellence.
You are the ideal candidate if you are experienced with ecommerce selling via Amazon (ideally with children’s products) to identify and implement what works to drive conversions. You love managing projects and love creating marketing that “works.” You deeply understand consumer psychology, have Amazon ecommerce marketing experience using Amazon’s internal A and From The Brand pages experience, and are a parent who understands the needs and preferences of families.
You are a driven, down-to-earth self-starter who is deeply versed in Amazon selling and advertising that converts. Your digital marketing experience includes copywriting, SEO, and images and videos that drive sales for ecommerce brands on Amazon.
You know how to get things done and love managing projects, tracking metrics, and taking action to increase revenue. You’re exceptionally good at identifying copy, creatives, and videos that convert. (You don't need to be a full-fledged copywriter, but you know good conversion copy when you see it and are also familiar with Amazon SEO best practices.)
You are improvement-oriented and love to brainstorm ideas, follow data, and figure out how to make things better. You don’t let your ego or “creativity” get in the way of what works. You are also comfortable in remote work environments, work well as part of a team, and have two or more years of experience leading an international team.
If this kind of work excites you, and you’d love to be part of growing an ecommerce brand that strives for brand excellence, an incredible customer experience, and solutions that improve the everyday lives of families, you’re a great fit for this Digital Marketing Manager Role!
