We provide customized solutions for properties that go beyond the standard landscape maintenance service.
The Yard Manager is responsible for organization, direction and overall care of all materials that are received and sent out of Landscape Logic properties.

Experience:
Candidates should have some of the following experiences: (Training program is available to qualifying applicants.)
Experience in equipment operations; including skid steer, loader, fork lift etc.
Experience with loading and unloading trailers of pallets and plant materials.
Daily inspection and overseeing irrigation system for function and leaks.
Must be able to identify different materials including stone products and plant materials.
Must be able to fix small equipment including shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrows.
Must be organized, self-motivated and efficient, and ability to manage time.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain store daily to distribute appropriate materials and supplies to crews efficiently
• Daily check of inventory and all stocked materials
• Reporting low quantities of materials to Purchasing Manager
• Check all staged plant material for integrity, labeling and proper irrigation
• Manage green house and holding area for organization and irrigation
• Be available for deliveries to shop
• Deliver materials to field staff as necessary
• Loading and unloading trailers of pallets and plant material.
• Irrigation system maintenance
