About the role:

The Yacht General Manager is a charismatic, sharp, positive, experienced and decisive leader who will exemplify Four Seasons Luxury and will be responsible for the success for the Four Seasons Yacht.

The Yacht General Manager is a strategic leader who brings key stakeholders together, keeping everyone on track for the successful delivery/opening of this project. They will possess exceptional personal presence and set the tone for the entire crew ensuring that the Four Seasons Brand Culture is felt in every interaction.

What you will do:

The pre-opening Four Seasons Yacht GM will be responsible for the startup, with the support of corporate functional expertise, and oversight of all Hotel operations while onboard. This role is the most senior Hospitality role onboard the Yacht.

What you bring:

A Hospitality Management Degree preferred with relevant experience in Luxury Hospitality leadership roles, advanced certifications or diplomas are a plus. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in same or similar hospitality leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience in luxury yacht or cruise line operations as Hotel Manager or GM is a must.

Demonstrated record of accomplishment of successful leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Must be fully versed in Hospitality operational systems and technology. Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.

Schedule & Hours:

This role will start in the Miami Yacht Office during pre-opening phase then move to the shipyard in Ancona, Italy in mid-late 2025. Ideally, the candidate will hold a valid US work authorization. The Yacht General Manager will live and work onboard once the Yacht launches in late 2025.
