Job Description
Sr. Copywriter to join our growing creative team. We are looking for someone with the right combination of conceptual approach, self-motivation, and storytelling abilities necessary to create, sell and execute impactful ideas for our stakeholders. You will be instrumental in defining the conceptual approach, establishing (adhering to) a tone of voice, and executing *** Pro assignments across a wide range of marketing communication strategies and content deliverables that include traditional, digital, external and internal channels. Skills Preferred:
• Passion for the automotive, transportation and fleet management industry. • Tell your friends you played a key role defining and influencing the future of electrified commercial transportation solutions. • Must be self-motivated, smart-working, well-organized, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverables. • Ongoing drive to understand emerging techniques, trends and philosophies in technology, interaction, social media and storytelling through content. • Ability to listen, internalize and deliver on creative direction from leadership; we want you to have your own opinion on creative decisions, but also know when it’s not a battle worth fighting. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience working in the automotive and/or technology industries (not mandatory). • Ability to prioritize work across engagements based on short and long-term needs.
Experience Required:
• 5+ years of copywriting experience in a related agency or department: advertising, PR, digital, social media. • Proficient in MS Word and MS PowerPoint. • Must have a portfolio; share anything that conveys the way you think conceptually and approach writing assignments, even if it was never produced.
Experience Preferred:
• Bonus Skills: blogging, journalism, social community management, filmmaking, videography, video editing, podcasting, HTML, UX, etc. • Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Figma or Miro
Education Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or professional equivalent
