Workstation Support Technician at TEKsystems

Troubleshoots and resolves simple Desktop/Laptop problems

Installs/Maintains/Acquires of Windows 10 Desktops/Laptops/Software/Peripherals located throughout the organization.

Performs Client LAN/hard disk backups; assists with end user questions and problems.

Participates in performance monitoring and tuning of PC Systems under the guidance of more experience peers or supervisor.

Receives work direction from supervisor or more experience peers on work priorities and daily assignments.

Maintains an adequate spare parts inventory of systems, subsystems, and component parts used in repair work.

Effectively communicates with clients, peers and supervision by blending appropriate levels of technical and business detail to ensure issues are thoroughly understood by his/her audience. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and management.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Travel to locations for the client on a consistent basis providing deployments and technical support.

Mileage expenses will be reimbursed at 65.5 cents per mile.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00
