We’re seeking a Workforce Systems Support Specialist with Infor Workforce Management/Workbrain expertise to empower our teams with top-tier labor management and scheduling tools. If you’re tech-savvy and passionate about innovation in senior healthcare, this is your chance to make a difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Be a Techno-Functional SME for Infor WFM.
- Configure and optimize scheduling systems.
- Support system implementation, upgrades, testing, and training.
- Train schedulers and managers on scheduling software.
- Triage and resolve support tickets (Tier 1 support).
- Audit and validate system data for compliance and reporting.
- Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain system documentation and create user training materials.
What We’re Looking For:
- Required:
- Experience with Infor WFM/Workbrain and advanced scheduling.
- Background in dynamic healthcare scheduling and understanding of PPD/staffing ratios.
- Strong problem-solving, Microsoft Office skills, and attention to detail.
- Preferred:
- Cognos Report Authoring.
- Experience with Infor Financials or LTC/post-acute healthcare.
- Familiarity with Payroll-Based Journal reporting.
- Experience with BI/Report development tools.
