Workforce Management Analyst – Time, Absence & Scheduling from Widenet Consulting

Job Description/Skills:

This position is located in Seattle, WA, and requires the candidate be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The role works remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Job Description:

• Assist with tasks such as gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype demonstration, testing, and end-user training as it relates to UKG Workforce Management
• The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to train and support users across the organization

 Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or equivalent experience, is required.
• Proficient in working on medium to large sized projects. Typically requires a minimum of four (4) – to six (6) years of experience.
• Experience working with scheduling in a manufacturing environment/ hourly production workforce in both union/non union environments
• Familiarity with planning, and forecasting processes related to operational efficiency
• Knowledge of planning, and forecasting processes related to labor hours
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices, ensuring successful project delivery.

 Nice to Have Skills:

• Preferred but not required: Familiarity in manufacturing industry, hourly production workforce, and union environments
• Preferred but not required: Knowledge of Peoplesoft and its integration with cloud-based software solutions, specifically UKG Pro

Pay Range: $34.00 – $40.00.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
