As a Workflow Optimization Consultant - you would:

• Improve workflow optimization -Workforce management-Performing health checks on execution and operations.
• Extract and scrub data - they will take data export to excel perform pivot tables formulas and present current and future status updates.
• Utility type need-they will need to look at all activity and put within a structured environment.
• Analyze production reporting -Workload optimization capacity optimizations.
• Improve workflow execution through tableau dashboards.
• Take organization and streamline in to reporting.

The ideal candidate will have:

• -3 years of relevant experience -The real need is a fresh set of eyes someone who can provide ideas fluidly.
• Someone who can bring a fresh perspective on the software being used and assessments of the data the team is very open to adapting the process for improvement.
• -Financial Services is not required varying perspectives can make the team stronger
• -Past experience in Operations and Workflow management is needed
• -Production Reporting experience Technical Skills -Tableau-Dashboards -Excel-Pivot Tables-Formulas
