Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Specialist to join a dynamic team in California. This role involves managing and processing workers' compensation claims efficiently, ensuring all procedures comply with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a corporate restaurant setting and will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance and managing claims effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process workers' compensation claims promptly and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws related to workers' compensation.
- Handle claims efficiently, providing detailed documentation and follow-up as needed.
- Work closely with the HR department to ensure all workers' compensation procedures are followed.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding workers' compensation claims and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims and communications.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient claims process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
- Experience working in a corporate restaurant environment.
- Strong understanding of state and federal laws related to workers' compensation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for managing claims.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 1st shift.

Additional Details
Pay Range: $28 - $35 per hour
