We are looking for a Workers' Compensation Litigation Legal Assistant responsible for supporting an Attorney with a high volume of State and Federal cases.

Your specific duties will include:

Reviewing and summarizing medical records.
Sending medical record requests and subpoenas.
Handling Discovery reviews and summaries.
Preparing draft answers to discovery.
Coordinating Depositions, SMOs, and IMEs.
Scheduling meetings.
Answering phone calls.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

5 years of Litigation experience or case management.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Ability to work well under stress and timelines.
Caret Legal Software is a plus.
