Position Summary
- This is a remote position, working from home in the ERIE footprint.
Under minimal supervision, coordinates enrollment of worker's compensation Policyholders into ERIE's workers' compensation management program, ERIEComp. Acts as a liaison between Policyholders, Agents, district sales managers, and the Claims Division, promoting ERIE's workers' compensation program and explaining its benefits. Provides ongoing updates and educational information.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains a working knowledge of ERIE's workers' compensation management program.
- Coordinates requests for enrollment into ERIE workers' compensation management program. Reviews list of new workers' compensation policies and sends enrollment materials to Policyholders.
- Contacts Policyholders to provide detailed description of procedures and benefits related to the set up of ERIE's workers' compensation management program in the work place.
- Enlists the support of Agents and district sales managers in encouraging Policyholder acceptance of the program.
- Tracks and maintains a spreadsheet of enrollment activities.
- Updates system with physician panel information.
- Coordinates annual updates of physician panels with rehabilitation specialists to ensure accuracy of information. Maintains ongoing communication with medical providers to obtain updated information. Updates and revises panels on an ongoing basis. Updates

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. Two years of previous office or customer service experience required. Prior experience working with physician panels preferred. Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software preferred.
