Job Title: Workers' Compensation Attorney.

Location: Remote.

I am working with a highly regarded and well-established law firm with multiple offices located throughout California and they have an openiong with their branch in San Jose, Fresno & Oakland.  This law firm is known for delivering top-notch litigation services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Attorney with a focus on Workers Compensation. If you're ready to hit the ground running and join a dynamic legal team, this is the opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation. Partner Attorneys who have 70+ files are encouraged to apply!

Qualifications of the Workers' Compensation Attorney:

• 5+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation law (preferred).
• Must be licensed to practice law in California.
• Work productively without needing to be micromanaged.
• Billables 2340 annually.
• Prior experience in representing clients before the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of California is a plus.
