Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in workers' compensation cases, including hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Conduct thorough case evaluations, develop legal strategies, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Advocate for clients before administrative law judges and other relevant bodies.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, vocational experts, and other parties to gather evidence and build strong cases.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and developments.
- Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations.
- Manage a caseload efficiently while delivering high-quality legal services.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active state license to practice law.
- 1 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
- Strong understanding of workers' compensation statutes and procedures.
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
