Job Details
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Workers' Compensation Attorney.
- Proven experience in litigation, specifically in workers' compensation cases and personal injury cases.
- Excellent knowledge of California Workers' Compensation laws, employment laws, and personal injury laws.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and litigation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in legal research software and MS Office Suite.
