Workers Compensation Attorney
Location: Remote
I am working with a highly regarded and well-established law firm that has offices throughout the state. This firm is known for delivering top-notch litigation services, and I am currently seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney. Requirements and Duties:
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Workers Compensation law (preferred).
- The ideal candidate will have trial experience.
- Must be licensed to practice law in California.
- Prior experience in representing clients before the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of California is a plus.
Duties:
- Provide legal representation and counsel to clients in Workers' Compensation cases.
- Employ an aggressive approach to defending claims, promptly evaluating case merit.
- Effectively represent clients' interests and expedite file closures.
- Handle suspected fraudulent or exaggerated cases with a firm and resolute defense.
- Tailor defense plans to individual cases, anticipating and analyzing events to provide sound advice.
- Scrutinize facts and evidence to reduce unnecessary medical overhead and minimize lost time for clients.
