The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Workers Compensation Defense and be ready to hit the ground running.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Workers Compensation law (preferred).
- Trial experience is highly desirable.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- Experience representing clients before the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of California is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation and counsel in Workers' Compensation cases.
- Aggressively defend claims, promptly evaluate case merit, and develop effective strategies.
- Represent clients' interests to achieve favorable outcomes and expedite file closures.
- Address suspected fraudulent or exaggerated claims with a firm and strategic defense.
- Develop tailored defense plans for individual cases, providing sound legal advice.
- Analyze facts and evidence to reduce unnecessary medical costs and minimize client downtime.
