- 2-7 years of experience in all areas of workers compensation
- Drafting motions, depositions, expert testimony, trial prep
- Experience with medical records and workers compensation settlements preferred
- Well-rounded litigation experience
- Strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- An optimistic outlook that thrives in a dynamic work setting
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Licensed to practice in North Carolina
