Growing Chicago Law Firm specializing in workers' compensation, personal injury, and insurance coverage looking to hire Workers’ Compensation Associate with 3-5 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Litigate workers' compensation claims for plaintiffs.
• Counsel clients on workers' compensation laws and medical management.
• Prepare for trials and coordinate with medical experts.
• Conduct arbitration hearings and depositions.
• Draft and file legal documents.
• Handle complex workers' compensation and personal injury cases.
• Communicate with clients and court personnel.

Qualifications

• JD degree and Illinois State Bar admission.
• 3-5 years of workers' compensation experience.
• Strong litigation and communication skills.
• Proficient in legal research and document preparation.

Benefits

• 95K-130K DOE
