Pay: $28-30/hr to start!
Assignment Length: 6 months with possibility of extension or conversion based on performance & budget.
Shift: Monday - Friday, Standard shift, HYBRID ROLE (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Company Workers' Compensation Program for multiple states.
- Assesses all new claims and immediately engage in those that are serious, questionable, or lost time.
- Monitors and maintains appropriate contact with all managers and employees on workers' compensation ensuring timely return to work.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Participates in special projects as needed in support of the company workers' compensation program.
- Follows up with all employees, managers, and timekeepers, TPA, and medical offices regarding workers' compensation appointments, light duty status and any
policy or procedure clarifications. - Coordinates with claims administrator, HR, and field management, etc. in managing the application and administration of KDP's Transitional Duty Policy which
includes the drafting of template letters. - Maintains medical appointment logs and the tracking of transitional duty and work comp leaves of absence within multiple states.
- Acts as a liaison between the injured team member, claim administrator and the Company to ensure all eligible benefits are provided to the injured team member.
- HS Diploma/GED REQUIRED.
- 3+ years of experience handling workers' compensation and/or lost time claims.
- Knowledge and experience with Lost Time Claims REQUIRED.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
