• Sculpt and maintain Workday Payroll, Time, and Absence modules.
• Spearhead feature releases and keep our system running smoothly.
• Assess system modifications and their impact on our Workday ecosystem.
• Manage seamless system integrations.
• Keep our data accurate and secure, with thorough documentation and problem-solving.

Your Superpowers

• 7+ years in SaaS/Cloud-based HR/Payroll tech solutions.
• Significant expertise with Workday modules: US and Global Payroll, Time, and Absence.
• Workday Payroll PRO Certified or Partner accredited.
• Master of Workday tools like EIB, Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad.
• Proven track record in successful Workday implementations.
• Deep understanding of database architecture and its ripple effects on downstream systems.
• Strategic thinker with the knack to turn business needs into HR tech solutions.
• Communication guru who can distill complex ideas to all levels of the company.
• Skilled in interface and networking, data warehousing, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards).
