Title-Workday Learning Project Consultant (Coordinator)
Contract (thru 2025) go live for workday is Dec 2025/Jan 2026
Open to relocation hybrid onsite 2-3 days/week - Tues-Thursdays (2 days onsite is okay) Altamonte Springs, FL
-project coordinator within Workday Learning
-what do we look like post workday?
-never supported the learning module within HRIS previously and have one resource that is currently handling this for the org for the Saba platform
-Governance and standards moving forward with HR and working with Michael Pratt to help him on the learning side
-creating "tool kits for Workday from technical standpoint for non technical members
-building slide decks and moving team along from a support standpoint
-someone that can work with Michael (technical resource), KPMG and create references, decks, tool kits etc for workday reference moving forward
Current State : need a resource to coordinate and create documentation/decks/tool kids/guides for workday learning
*Some complexity around our current learning environment is that we are not a dynamic learning organization at this point. We use Saba today as a compliance training and tracking system. In addition, we do not have a centralized learning model. Today each region (9) and additional groups (physicians, institutes, etc.) may or may not have learning administrators. These learning administrators determine for their regions/areas, what learning content they use and who is required to take it. We are working towards a model that will require regional/group resources to build content and assign out to their audiences with some centralized governance. We currently have an estimated 15K "courses that need to be rationalized by each region as well as some centralization rationalization to prevent old and duplicative content from going into Workday. There is a good deal of work going into planning how the current administrators will gain access to their current regional content, review it, rationalize it and send it back for approval to be uploaded.

- Workday learning experience required, current system is Saba will be up through 2025 assist with migration of content (preferred)
- Project coordinate the timeline and milestones the learning team much reach within the overall Workday project timeline
- Assist with creation of slide decks for decisions making purposes
