Job Description Summary:
See's is seeking a skilled Workday HCM Analyst to join our HR Department. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR processes and technology, coupled with technical expertise to enhance system functionality and user experience.The salary range for this position is: $125,000-$142,000 annually.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
System Management and Support
- Configure and maintain the Workday HCM system, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with HR processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues, providing timely support to end-users
- Monitor critical transactions, integrations, and operational jobs within Workday
- Conduct regular system audits and data integrity checks to maintain accurate employee records
Process Improvement and Analysis
- Analyze current HR workflows and user experiences to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Workday HCM configurations
Project Management and Implementation
- Assist in the integration of Workday with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms
- Lead and manage Workday releases, researching new functionality and recommending enhancements
- Prepare testing strategies, develop test scripts, and conduct end-user testing for new features and configurations
Training and Documentation
- Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their understanding of Workday functionalities
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation for Workday processes
- Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Workday HCM, recommending best practices for system utilization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday HCM or similar HRIS systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly
- Proficiency in using Workday's reporting tools and Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs)
- Experience with HR processes such as performance evaluations, compensation management, and recruiting
