We are HIRING multiple (3) Workday Developer opportunities for a leading American Multinational Financial Services Holding Company. This role offers Hybrid work schedule (2 days remote), long-term Contract (12-24 months) opportunity based on W2 ; 2 days remote in the following locations: Richmond, VA; Chicago, IL. Workday Integration Developer required STRONG experience with Workday Studio for complex integrations.

Workday Integration Developer/Analyst

• Develop Integrations: Design, build, and implement complex integrations using Workday Studio to connect Workday with external/third party systems (e.g., payroll, recruiting, benefits). Handle data mapping and workflows, ensuring accurate and seamless data flow.
• End-to-End System Integration Testing (SIT): Perform comprehensive System Integration Testing (SIT) to verify that all solution components, including standard functionality and custom configurations (e.g., Reports, Interfaces, and Enhancements), function as expected in a unified environment.
• Proficient in Workday Studio, data mapping, and workflow management, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient system connectivity .
• Expertise in integration technologies, APIs, data mapping, Workday integration tools, and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:

• Workday Studio Expertise: Strong experience in designing, building, and implementing integrations using Workday Studio.
• Workday Expertise: Extensive experience with Workday modules, including Recruiting, Payroll, Performance Management, and HCM, ensuring effective utilization and integration of these modules with external systems.
• Integration Technologies and APIs: Deep knowledge of integration technologies (such as REST, SOAP, etc.) and APIs. Ability to work with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, recruiting, benefits systems) and connect them to Workday.
• Data Mapping and Workflow Management: Experience in data mapping between Workday and external systems, ensuring accurate data flow. Strong understanding of workflow management within Workday and external systems.
• System Integration Testing (SIT): Proven ability to perform end-to-end system integration testing to validate functionality and custom configurations.
