Genesis10 is currently seeking a Workday Analyst with our consumer finance lender firm client in their West Woodbury, NY location. This is a 3 month + contract and 100% remote position. This position is based on EST time zone working hours and a 3-6 month consulting engagement.

Summary:
- The Workday Analyst will be part of a technology team that supports corporate applications.
- The role is providing additional technical and functional support post-go-live (scheduled for mid-December).
Responsibilities:
- Business process configuration, reporting development, EIB integrations and assisting with security issue clean-up.
- Provide post-launch support, change management, issue resolution, testing, and training to enhance and optimize Workday processes.
- Ability to mass load information via EIBs and knowledge on how to test integration inputs and outputs based on transactional changes.
- Knowledge on how to create reports.
- Act as support to business partners and work to enhance their understanding of Workday.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the key accountabilities of the job required.
- 3+ years' Workday HCM experience.
- A solid understanding in at least three Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Benefits.
- Knowledge of Workday business process, core setup, and security framework.
- Strong ability to work with others on solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
