Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations and Advanced Compensation (Advance Comp). This part-time, 6-month engagement requires a detail-oriented professional with deep expertise in Workday Payroll and related modules.
Responsibilities
Payroll Operations:
- Oversee and ensure accurate payroll processing within Workday.
- Manage payroll adjustments, tax updates, and employee queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Advanced Compensation Support:
- Assist with the management of Advance Comp processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity grants.
- Partner with HR and Compensation teams to optimize Advance Comp workflows.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Generate and analyze payroll and compensation reports.
- Assist in audits and data validations to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with HRIS, Finance, and other stakeholders to align payroll processes with broader organizational goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of Workday Payroll experience.
- Hands-on experience with Advanced Compensation (Advance Comp) in Workday.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Workday configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in a consulting role or supporting multiple clients.
Salary
40 - 45 /hour
