Our long-term client relationship with JSC has led to a need for a Work Life Cycle Analyst on the Human Space Flight Technical Integration Contract (HSFTIC) at Johnson Space Center (Houston, TX).

Responsibilities:The Work Life Cycle Analyst will:
- Support a highly skilled project team directly contributing to the NASA ISS Program mission supporting the Space Station Vehicle.
- Interact with NASA contractor/technical leads and program management to identify Liens and Threats (potential financial impacts) against the ISS Vehicle budget.
- Attend and provide support at required meetings weekly.
- Maintain/update liens and threats in the Integrated Tracking System (ITS) database.
- Conduct Pre-WLC bi-weekly meetings with management team.
- Conduct and present a monthly WLC meeting with ISS Vehicle management and integrators.
- Maintain spreadsheets tracking ATP (Authority To Proceed) dates, flex budget, and liens and threats impacts to budget.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience.
-OR- - Typically requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, plus ten (10) years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to interface with various customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Excellent data gathering, attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of project financial management principles and best practices.
- Advanced, working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and take initiative in completing tasks with minimal management direction.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Experience working in Human Space Flight programs.
- Familiarity with Government budgeting process, budgeting, financial and project control.
- Experience working in data automation solutions.
- Experience presenting to high level management is a plus.
Essential Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.

- Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others.
- This position may require some commuting and traveling to other installations as needed.
