Salary Range: $19.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable insurance coverage options. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing inquiries, and offering comprehensive solutions. Policy Proposals: Tailor insurance plans to meet the individual needs of clients, ensuring optimal coverage. Bilingual Support: Assist Spanish-speaking clients, providing a personalized experience.

Licensing: Active CO Property & Casualty License is a plus, bilingual proficiency preferred.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in an insurance or related field.

Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients.
