Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Work Control Administrator to work in our Maintenance Planning department. Our team works a 4x10 schedule located out of our Specific Manufacturing Capabilities (SMC) facility with every Friday off. This position does require to be on site at the desert facility.
You will report directly to the manager for our maintenance and planning department. The individual in this role will be responsible for receiving, screening, and processing all maintenance work requests. You will monitor daily status of corrective and preventative maintenance work orders and close all maintenance work orders in Asset Suite.
Responsibilities Include:
Management of the SMC Work Control Administration Center (WCAC) as required by INL work control procedures.
Measurement, analysis, trending, and reporting of maintenance department performance.
Develop performance matrix, perform assessments, analyze data, identify trends, develop reports, and report findings to management.
Assist the Maintenance Manager in improving the overall performance of the maintenance/facilities organization.
Perform in the Work Control Administrator role as defined by the Maintenance Management System.
Attend daily/weekly scheduling and planning meetings, work in a participative role with the Planning Supervisor in determining the priority for planning and assignment of work orders, and coordinate maintenance activities with customers and other departments.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
PR0300: Bachelor's degree 5 years relevant experience or 13 years relevant experience or education/experience in lieu of degree.
PR0400: Bachelor's degree 9 years relevant experience or 17 years relevant experience or education/experience in lieu of degree
Current INL Maintenance Screener Qualification preferred.
- Must be proficient in the use of the INL Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Must have a thorough knowledge of INL work control processes (LWP-21220 and LWP-6200).
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
Job Information:
Salary Grade PR0300: 200 - ($83,412 - $137,592)
Salary Grade PR0400: 210 – ($95,928 - $158,232)

TDP: This is a testing designated position; you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of your employment.
