Wood Production Assistant - Marucci Sports, LLC

Join the Marucci team as a Wood Production Assistant! This is a part-time role responsible for collaborating with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets. The Wood Production Assistant helps verify order details for accuracy and completeness, to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders.

Job Duties:

• Assist in Professional Order fulfillment.
• Assist in Vendor and Custom Order fulfillment.
• Help ensure quality control in line with the Marucci brand.
• Help package bats according to quality standards.
• Set-up and maintain work areas and maintain equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Apply bar codes to bats.
• Other related duties as needed.

Requirements/Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Organization skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
