About the Job
We're currently looking for both full-time and part-time Nurse Practitioners to join our remote team, with part-time positions averaging around 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Conduct synchronous and asynchronous consultations, connecting with patients virtually to assess their needs.
Utilize patient history to make informed diagnoses, offer treatment options, and provide personalized lifestyle recommendations.
Coordinate patient care and maintain timely communication to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in menopausal healthcare, continuously developing and honing your expertise in the field.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in technology, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Clinical Requirements:
Hold national Nurse Practitioner certification in Adult/Gerontology, Family, or Women's Health.
While not required, NCMP certification is preferred.
Ideally possess 5 or more NP state licenses, or a minimum of 3 licenses with a robust background in Women's Health and Menopausal Hormone Therapy (MHT).
Have at least 2 years of recent direct patient care experience in Women's Health, with a focus on MHT prescribing and management.
Prior experience in telehealth or startups is advantageous but not essential.
