Wolf & Company is seeking an Associate Product Manager for our WolfPAC Solutions Group.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
Product Management
- Assist in the development and execution of the product roadmap.
- Support the Senior Product Manager in prioritizing and managing the product backlog.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring products to market.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications and system design documents.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and validate that the final product meets business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Release Management
- Develop release plans and schedules in coordination with development, QA, and operations teams.
- Manage the release calendar, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business goals.
- Oversee the deployment of software releases to production and non-production environments.
- Coordinate release activities across multiple teams and departments.
- Ensure that all release activities are executed in compliance with the organization’s standards and procedures.
- Document release notes, monitor and report on release progress, identifying and addressing issues and risks.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that all releases meet quality standards.
- Conduct release readiness reviews and post-release reviews.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation and release notes are complete and accurate.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all release-related activities.
- Communicate release status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate release-related meetings, including go/no-go decision meetings.
- Identify opportunities to improve release management processes and tools.
- Implement best practices for release management, including automation and continuous delivery practices.
- Track and analyze release metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in release management, software development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with release management tools and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the Finance, Healthcare, and/or Fintech industry a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or IT service management (e.g., ITIL) will pe a plus.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
