We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Software Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team of software and WMS professionals. In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing Warehouse Software Systems (WMS, WES, WCS, RCS) to optimize our customers’ warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging automation professional with some implementation experience and a passion for technology to advance their skills in software implementation. This is a high travel position (up to 75%) and is available to fully work authorized U.S. based candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior software implementation specialists to configure and customize software to meet specific business requirements.
- Assist in integrating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), Robot Control Systems (RCS), and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) with existing systems and technologies.
- Support testing phases to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of software implementations. Work closely with the team and customers to identify and address any issues during testing.
- Participate in developing and delivering training programs for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new software.
- Provide assistance and support to users during and after implementation.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining detailed documentation related to the software implementation process, configurations, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, business, or a related field preferred. Understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with programming languages and software tools related to software implementations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for solution delivery (approximately 75% travel)
