Shift Details: Shift: 1
Day starts at: 7:00AM
Day Ends at: 4:00PM
DESCRIPTION:
Must have own basic tools.
Must understand and be able to follow schedules.
Able to work Overtime and weekends as required.
Candidate must be able to provide support for the staging, wiring, testing, check-out, Factory Acceptance Testing, system breakdown and make ready for shipment of Triconex control Systems.
Candidate should be experienced with reading electric schematics and wiring diagrams.
Candidate must be familiar with Triconex Cabinet, hardware and system layout.
Candidate must be able to perform cabinet and panel wiring, understand check-out and the use of test and calibration equipment.
Candidate should have troubleshooting experience with system powering, cabinet or panel wiring and control systems hardware.
Must have training and knowledge with Triconex hardware and systems.
Person must understand control panel cabinet wiring standards, National Electrical Code, and be able to understand ISO procedures and follow any contract requirements. Coordination and work with engineering staff and customers as required by project needs.
Must understand the safe working practices of staging floors and working around powered equipment.
Some travel maybe required during the start-up or Check-out phase of projects.
Qualifications:
Triconex hardware systems training with 2+ years of staging floor check-out experience.
Proficient in panel wiring, Triconex hardware layout, understanding electrical schematics and panel wiring diagrams.
Solid working knowledge of Factory Acceptance Testing procedures and techniques.
Knowledge of Triconex turbine and safety systems and equipment.
Self-starter, able to work with limited supervision and direction.
Strong English communications skills are required.
Must have a High School Diploma (GED) or possess technical schooling or related job experience equivalent.
Candidate must have knowledge or experience in electrical, safety and turbine control systems check-out and basic engineering.
Requirements:
2+ years Triconex System experience
10+ years of Panel wiring and electrical or system check-out experience.
Able to lift 50 Lbs.
Computer Literacy including MS Word, Excel and Access
1+ Year Software Programming experience
Be able to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Self-Starter, self-directed
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and follow instructions.
