Are you seeking a remote role in the engineering field? Selectek needs a Wireless Site Acquisition Specialist located in Southern California to work remotely. Candidates will be negotiating leases and occasionally traveling to local sites for zoning and permitting purposes.
Employment Type: Temp - Indefinite Contract
Expected Pay Range: $37.50-$40.85 per hour, based on experience and education, before conversion.
Location: Southern California
Job Duties:
Perform candidate search from Search Ring Release with the ability to review and understand new Jurisdictions, local ordinances and zoning codes to determine if location is leasable, zone able and constructable.
Attend and run weekly Customer site by site meetings, AT&T design meetings (RF, scoping, design discussions).
Co-manage/interface the project with the SOCAL Project/Production Manager for alignment of forecasting, reporting and presentations.
Handle high volumes of modification applications, leasing and permitting.
Must be able to navigate through the industrys top Tower Owner portals and process as well as manage required purchase orders, check requests and any necessary documents required
Take site through permitting and zoning, if required.
Provide required status updates for all assigned sites per Market direction in prep for weekly Customer and internal meetings.
Will provide all site status updates via shared tracking program per Markets requirements.
Coordinate with landowner and client during the lease negotiation process to obtain fully executed lease or option agreement.
Negotiate rent, lease terms, prepare lease document package and submit finalized package with detailed account of negotiations and deal points for client.
Job Requirements:
3-5 years of related experience
Knowledge of local Jurisdictional process (heavy emphasis of Los Angeles, San Diego and surrounding areas).
Knowledge of telecom leasing procedures & process (private landlord and MLA partners)
Experience with new site builds (search rings)
Knowledgeable in NSB, CRAN, MCA
Able to forecast and understand SAQ processes left to right for new builds and modification projects.
Experience with high volume, fast-paced modification projects.
Able to understand and manage tower owner applications and processes.
