Technical Program Manager – Mount Laurel Township, NJ

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects. The role involves developing program strategies, creating business cases, and delivering high-level project plans while ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute program strategies, supporting business cases, and enterprise-level project plans.
• Ensure integration and alignment of individual projects within the program.
• Adjust project scope, timelines, and budgets as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
• Communicate program strategies, changes, and updates effectively with IT and business leadership.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Track key milestones and provide recommendations to Project Managers for adjustments.
• Collaborate with senior business leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for leveraging IT solutions.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge and expertise in Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is required.
• 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, including:
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• 5 years of experience managing projects and be familiar with running a team, must be extremely organized and report on the projects and the team
• Proven experience in managing enterprise-wide, cross-functional IT programs.

Desired Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle complex program structures with multiple interdependencies.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Must use Jira and Confluence hand on exp. is required
• Smart-Sheets is a nice to have, can be learned if not.
