Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Wireless Customer Service Rep assists customers with billing inquiries, technical support, and device activation, enhancing satisfaction and minimizing transfers.
- Handle inbound technical and customer service calls.
- Assist with product features, activation, and troubleshooting.
- Process transactions and respond to billing inquiries.
- Support customer emails on technical questions.
- Maintain integrity with sensitive information.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- 2 years in customer service/technical support preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or G-suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible with changing business needs.
