We are currently looking to fill 5 entry level Wireless Customer Service Associate roles to help manage our new client's awareness, community outreach, and customer acquisition solutions. The Wireless Customer Service Associate position requires someone with excellent verbal communication and presentation skills and someone who thrives in a people-oriented environment. The entry level Wireless Customer Service Associate role helps with lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to acquire life-long customers on behalf of our clients. We’re currently partnered with an Telecommunications firm and their mission is to provide reliable wireless solutions for the community.

Wireless Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
Meet with lo cal homeowners to educate them on wireless options and provide enrollment opportunities for personal distribution
Assist in the enrollment process to opt-in for wireless services, but not limited to walking the customer through the website sign-up, explaining next steps, and maintaining contact to ensure satisfaction
Establish and maintain genuine relationships with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and encourage referral opportunities
Become a telecommunications and technology expert to best assist the client and customer
Work with customers and guide them through their wireless to help them make the best decisions regarding product and service offerings
Any administrative tasks as requested by management
