Position Summary
Telecom Construction Manager, overseeing construction schedules, expenses, quality, and safety. You'll manage direct reporting staff, matrix staff, and vendor/subcontractor resources.
Details

• Location: Field position; managing CX in Goochland & Charlottesville, VA
  • Not reporting to an office! (Remote* when not in field)
• Hours: M--F, ~ +/-8am—5pm (flexible start as early as 6:30 a.m.)
• Term: Long-term project, open-ended, ~ 6+ months
• Pay: ~ $45/hr (W2) + benefits! 
• Minimal overtime expected
• No travel required

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce safety programs; ensure daily job site safety plans are reviewed and followed
• Provide on-site analysis of ongoing projects, consulting higher-level managers for advice
• Interface with client's engineering team and utilize company resources for decision-making
• Implement quality programs for company and subcontractor work to meet customer specifications

Requirements

• 5-7 years of industry experience
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Engineering or technical degree preferred
