Wire Specialist at Inceed

Compensation: $18 to $20 an hour 

Location: Tulsa, OK 

Position: Wire Specialist 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Wire Specialist to join their team!

This role offers a hybrid work schedule and sits on the accounting team. You would be responsible for reconciling 100+ transactions a day and working within excel. 

Responsibilities:

• Track expected incoming wires and review for accuracy.
• Record wires in excel reconciliations. 
• Review reconciliations.
• Reconcile treasury accounts. 
• Support the Chief Accounting Officer with weekly transfer settlements. 
• Complete month end summaries to track the total amount of wire positions. 
• Support Accounts Receivable functions. 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficient Microsoft Office skills. 
• Strong excel skills. 
• 2 years of wire transfer experience.  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• International company experience 
• Multi-currency experience.
