Winter/Spring Accounting Intern - Altman Greenfield & Selvaggi

Altman, Greenfield & Selvaggi is a fast-growing, boutique Accounting Firm specializing in Business Management for entertainment clients, located in the heart of Union Square. We are currently seeking an Accounting Intern for the New York City office location. This role requires a high energy individual with strong interpersonal skills. As an Accounting Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside professionals in the Firm. You will have hands-on exposure to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, and Multi-State Individual and Corporate tax returns.

Qualifications for the ideal candidate:

• Motivated, self-starter
• Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
• Terrific communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to work in a team environment, as well as individually

Requirements:

• BS or MS in Accounting/Taxation Candidate
• Available to work minimum 3 full workdays (Mondays - Fridays)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
