• We are seeking a Windows Server Administrator to deliver technology solutions that enhance and streamline user experiences in a digital environment.
• This role will be responsible for maintaining system performance, overseeing remote installations and maintenance, and collaborating across teams to ensure optimal issue resolution.
• The position offers flexible working hours based on time zones.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and approve the operational quality of system components, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Execute remote design, installation, repair, testing, and maintenance of technical products.
• Provide guidance to clients on system operations and maintenance practices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, coordinating across departments to implement effective solutions.
• Act as the primary contact between the organization and clients, relaying feedback to design and engineering teams.
• Offer support for various applications, network systems, and security features, including servers and directories.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support overall technical operations.
Required Skills:
• At least five years of experience as a Windows Server Administrator.
• Familiarity with managing certificates for web services.
• Foundational understanding of networking concepts and support.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in working collaboratively across technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in a remote working environment.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $27.93-$39.90
