ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers incoming calls in a professional manner
- Enters orders as required in Widex Pro and S2k.
- Logs customer activity and calls in Salesforce CRM system
- Handles complaints within Salesforce CRM case system, works to resolve cases and close loop with the customer
- Attend training sessions when required during work hours, occasional weekend training workshops
- Performs other duties as required by management
- Adheres to work schedule and attendance policy
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues as needed
- Responds to inquiries via email or phone such as for shipping information, warranty detail, stock availability
- Works to resolve action orders
- Attend training sessions when required during work hours, occasional weekend training workshops
- Show dedication to learn all aspects of the hearing healthcare industry, including knowledge of buying groups, 3rd party accounts and key customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma required; two-year degree preferred
- Experience in high volume call center preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Strong PC skills, Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred (not required).
