About the Job
This position performs outbound calls to potential clients to qualify them as partner leads for the Wholesale Development Team Directors. This position will require working closely with the Wholesale Development Team and the Business Development Team to ensure accurate and effective quality of sales leads.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Making outgoing calls to potential clients to schedule high quality leads for Directors on Wholesale Development Team (WDT)
- Serving as WDT’s Directors representative when dealing with clients via phone, email, etc.
- Delivering prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe UWM products and process in order to persuade the potential client for a follow up call that the WDT Sales Agent will schedule with the Directors
- Documenting each call as per company and WDT procedures in Salesforce
- Following up with potential clients in a timely manner if necessary
- Demonstrating an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next meeting with a Director
- Applying a positive client service attitude in interactions with all clients.
- Communicating effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external clients
- Obtaining names and telephone numbers of potential clients from outside sources
- Maintaining regular attendance and arrive to work on time. 9am – 6pm, shift
CAREER PATH:
This position will give a team member who is interested in a sales position the ground floor training needed for any sales position at UWM. It will give you the knowledge of what WDT does and how we get our clients at UWM. It can segway into a position as a BDT Specialist, WDT Account Executive, WDT Director or boost up your resume’s client service experience.
