Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to Inquiries: You will answer questions from members and provide clear information about their benefits, helping them navigate their options.
- Assisting with Enrollment: Guide members through the enrollment process for their benefits, ensuring they have everything they need to make informed decisions.
- Building Relationships: You’ll develop long-lasting relationships with clients, showing empathy and care as you address their concerns.
- Problem Solving: Help resolve any issues or concerns members may have regarding their benefits, providing solutions and support.
- Ongoing Support: Follow up with clients to ensure they are fully satisfied with their benefits and to address any additional questions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable using technology to communicate and complete tasks.
