WFH Inside Sales, South Florida - Gpac

Hi, It’s Kasey, your gpac recruiter in the food production industry.  I’ve partnered with a client, whose production is based out of South Florida, who is seeking a motivated and energetic entrepreneur at heart to fill the role of Inside Sales Specialist 

This is a new and upcoming organization who specialize in Mediterranean dips and spice blends. A background in ingredient sales is preferred but is not required. The owner has done her part to get the ball rolling by getting into some well-known chains but wants to see this grow by working to get into local and regional retail and food service areas. 

The sky's the limit for this position, a base is offered and then there is bonus potential as well.  This is work from home with about 25% travel time. You will be working from your home office for the most part but will need to go on Sales calls as well. You will be allotted a great deal of autonomy; however, you will also be supported as needed.  

As sales increase and the client base begins to grow, you will convert into a management position with Sales Specialists reporting to you. This is the perfect position for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience in Food Sales to both grocery and food service.  

You will set the standard for future sales specialists to aspire to as you will be one putting the needed processes and procedures into place. Having a book of business waiting to go would be a desirable feature, as would Speaking both English and Spanish.
